The Ice Crossing

Steer inward from the two upper corners and descend to the broad central island. This route reaches both exits; collecting all eight diamonds requires a separate route.

Level objective

Bring Fireboy to the orange exit in the lower center and Watergirl to the blue exit in the lower center. Both heroes must be at their own doors together. The 8 unmarked diamonds are optional; collect every diamond for a perfect clear.

Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Head toward the center

Watergirl starts on the upper-left ledge and moves RIGHT. Fireboy starts on the upper-right ledge and moves LEFT. Both can move together, or one can wait on the starting ledge while the other finishes.

  2. Keep steering during the descent

Continue inward as each hero steps off the starting ledge. The small stone shelves may briefly catch a hero; keep moving toward the center to leave their inner edges. You do not need to jump or use a switch on this exit route.

  3. Land on the exit island

Aim for the broad bottom-center island as you descend. Stay on this island: the lower blue and orange pools lie outside its banks.

  4. Stop at your matching door

Watergirl passes the red door and stops at the blue door on the right half of the island. Fireboy passes the blue door and stops at the red door on its left half. Release movement when your matching door opens.

  5. Finish together

The first hero can wait safely at the matching door while the other descends. The level ends when both have arrived. Its eight diamonds are optional; this verified exit route does not claim an all-diamond clear.

This route was verified in the game simulation using player controls, required diamonds, and both matching exits. It describes this version’s independently reconstructed room, not an official walkthrough.

If you get stuck

Check the unfinished objective

The diamonds in this room are optional. If you only want to finish, bring both heroes fully inside their own matching doors.

A jump does not start on ice

Move completely onto a dry stone edge, let the hero settle, release Jump, and press it again. Fireboy keeps sliding, so start braking before the edge.

You cannot recover safely

Pause and choose Restart level to reset both heroes, diamonds, weights, and switches. Previously completed levels stay saved. Follow the step order before moving a box or releasing a weight.
