Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Descend on the left with Fireboy

Walk Fireboy LEFT up the central slope to collect the high red diamond. Continue into the gap just right of the short ledge on the left. After dropping through, move LEFT underneath that ledge for the low red diamond, then follow the valley RIGHT up to the long fire pool. Jump for the red diamond above its left side.

  2. Lower the middle crossing shelf

Take Fireboy through his fire pool and jump onto its far dry bank. Continue right and drop past the red diamond. On the bottom floor, jump onto the inner steps on the LEFT and climb the central mound. Collect the red diamond on the mound’s right slope, then stand on the red pressure plate at the top. This lowers the crossing shelf into Watergirl’s path above.

  3. Bring Watergirl through the middle

Collect the upper-right blue diamond, then return LEFT along the top route and drop through the same left opening, collecting the blue diamond by it. Continue left beneath the ledge, then follow the valley right. Collect the blue diamond above the rising bank. Jump from the LEFT rim of the long fire pool onto the lowered middle shelf, walk towards its right edge, and jump RIGHT to the far bank. Collect the blue diamond above that landing.

  4. Collect the lower diamonds and open the exits

Move Watergirl right and drop to the lower-right dry bank. Jump LEFT over the short fire pool for its blue diamond, then climb the inner steps and cross the mound to collect the last blue diamond on its left slope. Continue LEFT to the blue plate on the bottom floor and hold it. Move Fireboy left through the raised gate and across the white lever. Leave the lever ON, then return Fireboy to the right side of the gate before Watergirl leaves her plate.

  5. Prepare the return crossing

Both heroes climb the small inner step just right of the blue plate: jump UP first and steer RIGHT after clearing its face. Return Fireboy to the red plate on top of the mound. Move Watergirl right, jump over the lower fire pool, then climb the far-right ramp. Jump LEFT onto the outer ledge, jump again onto its higher step, and follow that bank left to the long fire pool.

  6. Return Watergirl to her upper exit

With Fireboy still holding the middle plate, jump Watergirl LEFT onto the lowered shelf and then LEFT again to the dry rim. Follow the valley to the far-left slope, jump RIGHT onto the sloping central structure, and climb its short vertical step. Walk LEFT onto the small starting-side ledge. The white lever has opened a hole above it: jump UP through that hole, then steer RIGHT onto the blue exit floor.

  7. Return Fireboy to the opposite door

Once Watergirl is across the long pool, Fireboy may leave the red plate. Follow the same lower-right ramp and outer ledges back to the middle floor. Cross his safe fire pool LEFT, jump out at its dry rim, then climb the same left-side sloping structure. Follow the top path RIGHT to the ledge beneath the red exit. Jump UP through the opened hole, then steer LEFT onto the red exit floor. Both matching doors finish the room together.

This route was verified in the game simulation using player controls, required diamonds, and both matching exits. It describes this version’s independently reconstructed room, not an official walkthrough.

How this room’s mechanisms work

If you get stuck

Check the unfinished objective

The diamonds in this room are optional. If you only want to finish, bring both heroes fully inside their own matching doors.

A gate or platform moved back

A pressure plate releases when its rider or weight leaves. Keep your partner on it until you are safely across. Levers stay set after you leave; check their ON or OFF state before crossing.

You missed a moving platform

Return to safe ground and use the connected switch to bring it back. Board before your partner releases the plate or changes the lever. Avoid jumping into its underside; line up with the open shaft first.

You cannot recover safely

Pause and choose Restart level to reset both heroes, diamonds, weights, and switches. Previously completed levels stay saved. Follow the step order before moving a box or releasing a weight.
