Watergirl reaches the first lever through the bottom reservoir. Trade the middle pressure plate to collect both shelf diamonds, climb the right side together, then use the top shuttle to carry Fireboy back to his exit.

Level objective

Bring Fireboy to the orange exit in the upper left and Watergirl to the blue exit in the upper right. Both heroes must be at their own doors together. The 14 unmarked diamonds are optional; collect every diamond for a perfect clear.

Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Send Watergirl through the bottom reservoir

Keep Fireboy on the starting dry floor. Walk Watergirl RIGHT through the long bottom pool, collecting both low blue diamonds. Jump onto the far-right dry bank, then jump LEFT onto the long floor above. Follow that floor LEFT to the green lever. Walk past it once to lower the lift on the far left.

  2. Bring Fireboy up on the lift

Jump Fireboy LEFT onto the small raised corner, then walk fully onto the lowered lift. Keep him near its middle, clear of the wall on the right. Move Watergirl past the green lever and back again to raise the lift. Jump Fireboy RIGHT over the short column, collecting the red diamond beside it, and continue right along the long floor for the next red diamond.

  3. Climb through the central opening

Continue Fireboy just beyond the small triangular end of the ledge above. Jump UP, then steer LEFT to land on that ledge. Walk left to the gap between the two higher shelves; jump UP first, then LEFT onto the shelf with the block. Jump over the block and collect the red diamond on the raised left section. Return right, jump across to the next shelf, follow its descending slope, and jump onto the short shelf with the central gate for another red diamond.

  4. Collect Watergirl’s stepped-pool diamond

Bring Watergirl to the same central opening and jump up onto the triangular ledge. Move left, jumping across the rising rims of the small water pools for the blue diamond beside the left wall. Reverse direction, jump back over those rims, and jump UP then RIGHT from the central gap onto the right-hand higher shelf. Follow its slope into the middle water pool, jump out on the right, and stand on the red pressure plate.

  5. Trade places at the middle gate

Watergirl’s plate lowers the gate so Fireboy can walk across the short shelf. Jump him off to the RIGHT and collect the red diamond farther along the lower dry floor. Keep him away from the plate for a moment. Watergirl now walks LEFT through the pool and underneath the raised gate, jumps out on the left bank, and jumps onto the left side of the short shelf. Bring Fireboy back onto the red plate; Watergirl can cross the lowered gate, collect the blue diamond, and jump right to rejoin him.

  6. Climb the right side together

Take each hero RIGHT to the rising end of the long floor. Jump LEFT onto the ledge above it, collecting Watergirl’s blue diamond along that ledge. Follow the ledge left as it rises, then jump LEFT onto the highest central bank. Collect the red diamond above this bank.

  7. Collect the high red diamond

Move Fireboy to the right edge of the highest central bank, then jump RIGHT to the high floor across the gap. Walk right for the high red diamond. Return to the floor’s left slope and jump LEFT back to the central bank. Keep Fireboy on this dry bank while Watergirl prepares the shuttle.

  8. Use the shuttle across the upper reservoir

Walk Watergirl LEFT through the upper pool. Jump onto the shuttle, then jump LEFT to the dry bank, collecting the high blue diamond. Stand on the yellow plate and wait for the shuttle to arrive beside Fireboy. Jump Fireboy onto it. Watergirl leaves the plate to send the shuttle back LEFT; wait until it is close enough for Fireboy to jump onto the left bank and walk to his red door.

  9. Take Watergirl to the right exit

Watergirl jumps over the returning shuttle, continues RIGHT through the upper pool, and jumps out onto the central bank. Jump RIGHT across the gap to the highest right floor, collect the last blue diamond, and enter the blue door at the far right. Either hero may enter their door first after the shuttle crossing.

This route was verified in the game simulation using player controls, required diamonds, and both matching exits. It describes this version’s independently reconstructed room, not an official walkthrough.

How this room’s mechanisms work

  • Switch 1

    lower left

Walk past the handle, or use it nearby: Enter for Fireboy, E for Watergirl, or the touch Use button. Each use toggles it; it stays set after you leave.

    Controls Moving platform 1.

  • Switch 2

    middle right

Keep a hero or movable weight on this plate to keep its signal active. Stepping off releases it.

    Controls Moving platform 2.

  • Switch 3

    upper left

Keep a hero or movable weight on this plate to keep its signal active. Stepping off releases it.

    Controls Moving platform 3.

  • Moving platform 1

    lower left

At least one of these inputs must be active: Switch 1.

When powered, it moves down; when power is released, it returns.

  • Moving platform 2

    middle center

At least one of these inputs must be active: Switch 2.

When powered, it moves down; when power is released, it returns.

  • Moving platform 3

    upper left

At least one of these inputs must be active: Switch 3.

When powered, it moves right; when power is released, it returns.

  • Stone box 1

    middle left

Walk against its side to push it along its supporting surface.

A box can provide a step, load a counterweighted lift, or hold a pressure plate where the room’s layout allows. Follow the room route before moving it.

If you get stuck

Check the unfinished objective

The diamonds in this room are optional. If you only want to finish, bring both heroes fully inside their own matching doors.

A gate or platform moved back

A pressure plate releases when its rider or weight leaves. Keep your partner on it until you are safely across. Levers stay set after you leave; check their ON or OFF state before crossing.

You missed a moving platform

Return to safe ground and use the connected switch to bring it back. Board before your partner releases the plate or changes the lever. Avoid jumping into its underside; line up with the open shaft first.

You cannot recover safely

Pause and choose Restart level to reset both heroes, diamonds, weights, and switches. Previously completed levels stay saved. Follow the step order before moving a box or releasing a weight.
