Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Align the six-mirror loop

Drag the six round knobs along their tracks. Measured from each track’s left end, useful starting positions are: bottom dial about 33%; lower-centre dial about 79%; middle-left dial about 17%; middle-right dial about 92%; upper-left dial about 20%; and top dial about 23%. Fine-tune until the beam travels from the centre to the right mirror, down to the lower-right mirror, left to the lower-left mirror, up through both glass windows to the top-left mirror, right to the upper-middle mirror, down-left to the mirror by the left wall, and finally right into the central receiver. The lift near the upper right lowers when the complete loop is aligned.

  2. Collect the two bottom diamonds

Watergirl walks beneath the blue diamond above the middle of the bottom floor and jumps straight up for it. Fireboy walks right, jumps over the bottom dial knob and continues to the red diamond near the lower-right wall. From that wall, jump left onto the lowest sloping stone shelf and move to its left side.

  3. Send Fireboy across the lower shelves

Fireboy jumps left from the lowest right shelf toward the central shelf, collecting the red diamond above the take-off area. Continue to the central shelf’s left edge, then jump left onto the low shelf beside the left wall. Walk left to collect its red diamond. Walk back right and off that shelf’s open end to return to the bottom floor. Cross the bottom again and jump from the right wall onto the lowest sloping shelf.

  4. Climb the right-hand steps together

Bring Watergirl to the same lowest right shelf. For each hero, move to the shelf’s left side, jump straight up first, then steer right onto the diagonal stone ledge above. Walk up that ledge toward the right wall. Watergirl collects the blue diamond there and can jump straight up to make sure she has it. Jump left onto the long middle shelf, then walk left toward its central flat section.

  5. Reach the broad upper shelf

Watergirl walks farther left along the middle shelf until she is beneath the blue diamond near the glass window. Jump straight up to collect it. From there, jump straight up again and steer right after rising to land on the broad stone shelf overhead. Fireboy follows that same upward jump from beside the window.

  6. Collect Fireboy’s upper-left diamond

Leave Watergirl on the broad upper shelf. Fireboy moves near its left edge and jumps left onto the ledge by the wall. Walk close to the left wall, jump upward first and then steer right onto the small higher step. Jump right from that step onto the upper-left shelf, then jump beneath the red diamond near its right end.

  7. Gather beside the final lift

Watergirl walks right along the broad upper shelf to the remaining blue diamond and jumps beneath it. Continue onto the stone shelf below the final lift. Fireboy walks off the right end of his upper-left shelf, lands on the broad shelf below and follows Watergirl right. Both should be on the same shelf below and left of the lift, with all eight diamonds collected.

  8. Restore the light loop

The heroes can push a knob while crossing its track. Reset the six dials to the alignment from the first step and follow the beam through the same six reflections. Make sure its final segment reaches the central receiver, then wait for the lift at the upper right to finish lowering. Keep both heroes clear of the beam while adjusting.

  9. Use the lowered lift for Fireboy’s exit

Fireboy jumps right toward the lowered lift. The low stone overhang limits the first hop, so jump right again at the lift’s left edge and move onto its middle. From there, jump straight up before steering left onto the shelf with the red door. Walk into that door.

  10. Climb the last step with Watergirl

Watergirl uses the same two short hops onto the lowered lift, then jumps upward and left onto Fireboy’s door shelf. Move to that shelf’s right edge. Jump straight up, wait briefly, and steer right onto the highest shelf beside the right wall. Continue right into the blue door.

This route was verified in the game simulation using player controls, required diamonds, and both matching exits. It describes this version’s independently reconstructed room, not an official walkthrough.

How this room’s mechanisms work

  • Moving platform 1

    upper right

No switch is connected to this mechanism.

When powered, it moves down; when power is released, it returns.

If you get stuck

Check the unfinished objective

The diamonds in this room are optional. If you only want to finish, bring both heroes fully inside their own matching doors.

You missed a moving platform

Return to safe ground and use the connected switch to bring it back. Board before your partner releases the plate or changes the lever. Avoid jumping into its underside; line up with the open shaft first.

You cannot recover safely

Pause and choose Restart level to reset both heroes, diamonds, weights, and switches. Previously completed levels stay saved. Follow the step order before moving a box or releasing a weight.
