Step-by-step walkthrough

  1. Explore the purple passage

Watergirl jumps for the blue diamond near the starting corridor’s left end. Fireboy walks into the purple crystal in the left wall and emerges above the upper-left shelf, collecting its red diamond.

  2. Release the crate and lower the bridge

Fireboy jumps left from the upper shelf, drops onto the short left shelf, then walks off its right end. Stand on the white plate to retract the crate’s support and let the crate fall into the starting corridor. Jump onto the little roof over the crate shaft, then jump right to cross the green lever. Leave the green bridge lowered.

  3. Return Fireboy to the start

Jump left onto the little roof, then left onto the middle shelf. Walk to that shelf’s left end and jump upward before steering right onto the higher sloping shelf. Jump back onto the upper-left shelf. Stand directly beneath the purple ceiling crystal and jump into it to return to the starting corridor.

  4. Collect the blue diamond above the lever

Watergirl uses the purple passage and follows the same left-hand descent. Jump onto the little roof and jump right through the high blue diamond. If landing switches the green lever off, walk away and back across it to restore the lowered bridge. Return left over the shelves and jump into the purple ceiling crystal.

  5. Climb to the orange plate

Fireboy jumps over the fallen crate, crosses the starting corridor, then jumps onto the lowered green bridge and the right ledge. Climb the two narrow shelves on the left, jumping straight upward before steering around each overhang. From the top shelf’s left end, jump right onto the high platform and cross the orange plate.

  6. Let Watergirl reach the water bay

Watergirl follows the crate and green-bridge route to the right ledge. Fireboy steps off the orange plate to the right, disabling the orange pair. Watergirl jumps right into the water bay to collect its blue diamond. Jump back onto the small stone bank on the bay’s left, then walk left off the bank and fall into the bottom corridor, clear of the shadow pool.

  7. Collect Fireboy’s middle red diamond

Fireboy crosses the high platform to its right tip and jumps onto the tall narrow column. Step left through the floating red diamond, then steer left onto the ledge below. Step just beyond that ledge’s right edge; once below its underside, steer back left onto the small bank beside the water. Walk left off this bank into the bottom corridor.

  8. Explore beyond the blue crystals

Each hero approaches the bottom blue crystal slowly. As the hero appears at its partner, immediately turn left to leave on the left side. Continue left: Watergirl jumps for her blue diamond, and Fireboy collects the lower red diamond. Approach the blue crystal again to return. Watergirl continues right into the exit chamber; Fireboy immediately turns left on arrival, staying on the other side of the crystal.

  9. Climb the lower right walkway

From the left side of the right blue crystal, Fireboy moves to the left of the overhanging walkway. Jump straight up before steering right onto it. Continue along the upper walkway, collecting the red diamond before the lava pool. Fireboy can walk across this lava safely.

  10. Reach the highest red diamond

Near the right end of the lava, Fireboy jumps right into the yellow wall crystal. He appears at the upper-right crystal. Immediately move left through the highest red diamond and land on the tall narrow column.

  11. Return to the exit chamber

Repeat the leftward descent from the column onto the middle ledge, then drop around its right edge onto the lower bank and walk left to the bottom corridor. Use the blue pair once to reach the left chamber. Approach that crystal slowly from its right side and immediately turn right after arrival to leave the receiving crystal on the exit side.

  12. Finish together

All nine diamonds should now be collected. Fireboy walks right to the red door and Watergirl enters the blue door. Either hero can enter first; both must stand in their matching exits.

This route was verified in the game simulation using player controls, required diamonds, and both matching exits. It describes this version’s independently reconstructed room, not an official walkthrough.

If you get stuck

Check the unfinished objective

The diamonds in this room are optional. If you only want to finish, bring both heroes fully inside their own matching doors.

A gate or platform moved back

A pressure plate releases when its rider or weight leaves. Keep your partner on it until you are safely across. Levers stay set after you leave; check their ON or OFF state before crossing.

You missed a moving platform

Return to safe ground and use the connected switch to bring it back. Board before your partner releases the plate or changes the lever. Avoid jumping into its underside; line up with the open shaft first.

You cannot recover safely

Pause and choose Restart level to reset both heroes, diamonds, weights, and switches. Previously completed levels stay saved. Follow the step order before moving a box or releasing a weight.
